The 3GP-5/220 compressor is a high-pressure gas reciprocating three-stage compressor with a maximum compression pressure of up to 220 kg / cm2 and can be used in many industries that require compression of various gases-oxygen, argon, nitrogen. The capacity of the compressor unit 3GP-5/220 is 5 m3/min.
The compressor frame is cast, made of cast iron, angular. In the lower part of the frame there is a crankcase for oil draining from the crosshead bearing. The crosshead bearing surface is located in the horizontal part of the frame. The drive motor is partially integrated into the frame.
The lubrication system is single-circuit, with oil supply from the lubricator to the main units of the compressor unit 3GP-5/220.There is no lubrication of the cylinders, in order to avoid contact with the compressed gas, reducing friction is made by using antifriction materials based on metal alloys.
The compressor units and the compressed air are cooled using an open liquid cooling system filled with water. Water vapor is removed in the dehumidifiers at each compression stage. The design of the cooling system is variable, depending on the customer.
The automation and control system is located in a separate control cabinet, has a light and sound alarm with the compressor stopping when the control parameters are exceeded.
