The VP-50/8 reciprocating compressor is used in industry for compressing air with a pressure of 8 kgf / cm2, with a capacity of 50 m3/min.

The VP50/8 compressor cylinders are two – stage.
The compressor is lubricated by a circulating pump, with oil being supplied from the lower part of the frame by a gear pump. The VP 50/8 compressor is equipped with an electric motor of the DSK-173/16-16A type, which rotates the crankshaft and thereby transmits the forward motion to the compressor pistons.
The cylinders and oil seals are lubricated using a multi-plunger pump that supplies oil from the lubricator 32-05-2.
The cooling system of the VP-50/8 compressor unit is water – based. After compressing the gas in the first stage, it enters the refrigerator-gas cooler HRK 8/9, after the second-in the receiver, where it is cooled and fed to the consumer. The automatic control system allows you to control the main parameters of the VP-50/8 compressor, control and emergency stop with a sound and light signal in case of exceeding the permissible operating parameters.
