Valves to piston compressors.
Valves - are an integral part of any piston compressor. By the principle of action and a design valves are subdivided on:

Uniflow valves ПИК are intended for the air and gas piston compressors compressing various gases with greasing and without greasing of cylinders, the speed of which rotation of an elbowed shaft to 1000 turns/min. |

All-cast uniflow valves ( Valves ЦПК) are intended for process control of gas distribution in piston compressors of a general and special purpose with a crankshaft rotation frequency to 25 с-1 at a pressure drop on the valve to 4 MPas (40 kgs/sm-2). The pressure drop on the ЦПК valve depends on its standard size and is specified in marking of the valve. For example: ЦПК 150-2,5 - the all-cast uniflow valve, landing diameter 150mm, a pressure drop of 2,5 MPas (2,5 kgf/cm-2). |

The valve ring are intended for air, gas and refrigerating compressors, the speed of which rotation of an elbowed shaft to 1500 turns/min, and a pressure drop to 25 MPas. The valve ring consists of a saddle with concentrically the located openings and ring bleeders for pass of gas, ring plates, the limiter of raising of plates which also has concentrically the located openings for pass of gas and a bleeder which serve directing for plates. In the limiter of rise the springs pressing plates to a saddle and closing the valve are located. |

Tape (strip) valves are widely used in piston compressors of different function of low and middle pressure. A design their simple cheaper in production. Are most often applied in high-speed refrigerating and gas compressors (small and average output), the speed of which rotation of an elbowed shaft to 1500 turns/min. For manufacture of plates the high-quality steel spring tape is used. Tape valves are made various designs, both individual, and combined. |

Disk valves are used in piston compressors with greasing and without greasing of cylinders, the speed of which rotation of an elbowed shaft to 2500 turns/min., and a pressure drop – to 25 MPas. Depending on working conditions disk valves are made with metal or plastic plates. Most often disk valves with plastic plates are used in compressors to compression of the aggressive or strongly polluted gases where operation of valves of other types is less reliable. |

The Pyatachkovy (combined) valves are intended for refrigerating piston compressors, the speed of which rotation of an elbowed shaft to 1500 turns/min. The Pyatachkovy valve consists of the common housing for two compressor cylinders on which two delivery and two suction valves are mounted. Pressure valves have the express buffer spring protecting the compressor from a water hammer. |

Poppet valves are intended for air and gas compressors, the speed of which rotation of an elbowed shaft to 1000 turns/min., and a pressure drop – 20 MPas. Poppet valves are made with flat or spherical plates. Spherical poppet valves differ in high density, durability and mesh sizes. They are applied mainly in high-pressure compressors and rather small efficiency. |

Electro Magnetic valves of КЭТ-16, КЭК are intended for automatic control of hydraulic and pneumatic operating mechanism and devices. |
